Pickup for this auction is Friday October 28 th 9am-4:30pm and Saturday October 29 th 8am-12pm (Noon). Bidders who do not pick-up or make arrangements for shipping will be banned from participating in all future auctions (live and online). Anyone without a handgun license must apply from scratch. For pistol permit holders in most of our neighboring counties, this is an addendum or new title on your pistol permit which you must have prior to us giving you the rifle. Semi-Automatic Rifles: Any New York buyer purchasing any model of semi-automatic rifle must now have a permit issued by their county. Any handguns purchased by residents other than New York must be transferred to an FFL in the purchaser's state.Īny firearm or accessory marked "Not NYS Compliant" cannot be transferred to a New York citizen unless they are an FFL or Law Enforcement. Non-FFL handgun purchasers must have a coupon from their county as well as their permit to pick up pistols and revolvers. FFLs will need to provide us with a copy of their license(s) dated for the date of pick-up as well as their state license if buying handguns (when applicable). A 3% surcharge will be added to all invoices paying by credit card.Īll buyers that are not FFLs must pass a NICS background check prior to receiving any firearms (now including muzzleloaders and black powder handguns must now be put on a pistol permit).
